Eligibility
Participation in the activities available on this site is open to all individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older where local laws allow. The site is void where prohibited or restricted by law and reserves the right to deny access to the site to anyone at its sole discretion.

Tournament Play
Once entry is confirmed by paying the entrance fee you will not be able to withdraw from the tournament.
Leagues will be created and teams assigned to leagues when registration closes.
Each Tournament will have 1 or more leagues.
Leagues will have between 2 and 19 teams (Unless otherwise stated).
In order to keep the leagues as competitive as possible, Players will only be allowed to have one team in a league.
Players can play more than one team in a tournament.
Roster and pick selections may be edited up until the tournament start time.

Tournament Prizes
All tournaments have GUARANTEED prize(s). In the event of a tie for any of the prize positions, the prize will be divided equally among those tied (Unless otherwise stated). Prizes will be credited to the user's account in most cases within one day of the last game or event in the contest.

Ineligible Entries
All teams must have rosters set/picks made prior to the first game during the tournament period. Picks will not be allowed past that time. Blank selections will be posted for teams without valid rosters/picks.

Tournament Cancellations
All tournaments with less than two entries will be cancelled.

Tournament Closure to New Registrations
All Tournaments will close to new registrations at the posted start time. No exceptions.

Odds of Winning
Success largely depends on a participant's skill in managing a fantasy team and predicting the performance of individual players. Odds of winning the Prizes also depends on the total number of League Winners. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on entrant's ability to choose the best players from each game throughout the Tournament, and on the total number of eligible entries received by the Company.

Game/Event Cancellations & Postponements
In the event that a scheduled game or event is canceled, preempted, or postponed for any reason, no points will be awarded for players in the canceled, preempted, or postponed game or event. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of possible postponements or cancellations and adjust their fantasy teams as required prior to the start of a contest.
