Matt Flynn tossed four touchdowns to lead the second-ranked LSU Tigers to a 38-24 win over the top-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes Monday night in the BCS title game at the Louisiana Superdome.

LSU covered the 3.5-point spread on the road, and the combined 62 points sailed OVER the night's posted total of 47.

Flynn completed 19-of-27 passes for 174 yards and Richard Dickson caught two touchdowns in the win.

Chris Wells ran for 146 yards off 20 carries with one TD in the loss for Ohio State.
